Jon Trulson	ab393fbef1	localization: disable parallel builds for app-defaults, types, and config ... These use the 'merge' utility which hardcodes temp files and the like - it cannot be run with other instances without generating bogus errors and occasionally coredumping. :(	2019-11-30 20:49:10 -07:00
