dd68514e4f Remove hpversion.h from repository 
This patch removes hpversion.h from the repository, this also untangles a
lot of ifdef mess. This closes bug CDExc19524.

380867c31c Add -quiet option to dtlogin. 
This should shut up the console spamming, for those who use VT1.
Default behavior is not changed.
