<Title>DESCRIPTION</Title>
<Para>The
<Function>ttmedia_load_reply</Function> function
is used to reply to a Media Exchange request
to display, edit or compose a document.
The editor working on the request usually calls
<Function>ttmedia_load_reply</Function> when the
user has indicated in some way that he or
she is finished viewing or modifying
the document.
</Para>
<Para>If
<Emphasis>new_contents</Emphasis> and
<Emphasis>new_len</Emphasis> are non-
<SystemItem Class="Constant">NULL</SystemItem> and non-zero, respectively,
<Function>ttmedia_load_reply</Function> uses their values to set the new contents of
the document back in the appropriate output argument of
<Emphasis>contract</Emphasis>. If
<Emphasis>reply_and_destroy</Emphasis> is True,
<Function>ttmedia_load_reply</Function> replies to
<Emphasis>contract</Emphasis> and then destroys it.

<Title>RETURN VALUE</Title>
<Para>Upon successful completion, the
<Function>ttmedia_load_reply</Function> function returns the created
<StructName Role="typedef">Tt_message</StructName>; otherwise, it returns an error pointer.
The application can use
&cdeman.tt.ptr.error; to extract one of the following
<StructName Role="typedef">Tt_status</StructName> values from the returned handle:
